Harvest Wholesale Inc is a trusted distributor of high-quality agricultural products and supplies to farmers and businesses across Prince Edward Island. Specializing in providing a wide range of farming essentials, including seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and equipment, Harvest Wholesale Inc plays a vital role in supporting the agricultural community. Salary: $17.00 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 45 hours per week
Employment Type: Seasonal employment Full time
Location: Charlottetown, PE
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Vehicle supplied by employer, Valid driver’s licence
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Transportation/travel experience: Local
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Credentials: Air Brakes Endorsement, Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles), Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract)

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, and demonstrate professionalism in customer service
- The candidates should be able to accept payment or invoices for items delivered, prepare, package, and restock goods, and load and unload goods
- The candidates should be able to follow directions and read maps, use maps and other trip planning aids, and record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems
- The candidates should be able to pay and receive payments for goods, perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, and oversee all aspects of the vehicle
