Salary: $30.88 hourly 7.5 to 37.5 hours per week
Employment Type: Casual employment Part time leading to full time
Location: 1 Pitt Street Picton, ON K0K 2T0
Shifts: Day, On Call, To be determined

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Bilingual Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, capable of working under pressure, and adept at meeting tight deadlines
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be able to handle a large caseload
  • The candidates should be willing to work overtime when required

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accurate in their work and possess efficient interpersonal skills, demonstrating excellent oral communication
  • The candidates should have a strong client focus, exhibit excellent written communication skills, and be flexible in their approach
  • The candidates should have sound judgment and be organized in their tasks

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to determine the eligibility of persons applying for benefits
  • The candidates should be able to ascertain facts on issues such as reason for loss of employment and availability for work
  • The candidates should be able to provide clients with information
