Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Forms and records, invoices, correspondence, and advertising
Equipment and machinery experience: Scanner
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic scheduler, Adobe Photoshop, information technology, social media, MS Word, accounting software, QuickBooks, Adobe Acrobat Reader, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and WordPress

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout their shift, while being comfortable sitting for extended periods when necessary
  • The candidates should have strong attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in their tasks, and be able to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-reliance and initiative

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents; receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries; and work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases
  • The candidates should be able to sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents; send and receive messages; and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • The candidates should be able to provide general information to clients and the public; order office supplies and maintain inventory; and perform data entry
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service; label, file, and retrieve documents; and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail
