Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Windows

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should excel in fast-paced environments, handling pressure to meet tight deadlines effectively
  • The candidates should efficiently perform repetitive tasks with proficiency
  • The candidates should comfortably maintain attention to detail while sitting for extended periods

Other Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to type, proofread, and process correspondence, forms, and documents, including reports and invoices
  • The candidates should handle telephone or electronic inquiries, receive and forward messages efficiently
  • The candidates should maintain and manage manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists, and databases, and prepare reports from them
  • The candidates should sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents accurately
  • The candidates should handle incoming and outgoing mail, both manually and electronically
  • The candidates should compile data, statistics, and information, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • The candidates should prepare invoices, process bank deposits, and handle financial documentation
  • The candidates should provide general information to clients and the public courteously and accurately
  • The candidates should handle photocopying, collating, distribution, mailing, and filing of documents efficiently
  • The candidates should manage office supplies, order inventory, and maintain stock levels
  • The candidates should organize and maintain storage areas, including filing and labeling files according to retention schedules
  • The candidates should be proficient in organizing and scheduling office work to ensure smooth operations
