Salary: $28.00 to $35.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 to 50 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Surrey, BC
Shifts: Overtime
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

- The candidates should exhibit excellent oral communication skills, demonstrating flexibility in their approach to tasks and situations while maintaining an organized work style

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries while maintaining work records and logs efficiently
- The candidates should be able to monitor personnel workloads and locations effectively, advising vehicle operators of traffic and other problems promptly
- The candidates should be able to dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders accurately, keeping track of shipments efficiently
- The candidates should be able to maintain vehicle operator work records accurately, operate computer-aided communications and dispatching equipment proficiently, and operate radio equipment effectively
- The candidates should be able to receive requests for emergency assistance or service promptly, recording mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses accurately, and schedule assignments while coordinating activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment efficiently
