Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a high School Diploma (DES) or equivalent
Experience: Candidates should have One (1) year of experience in a clerical field or similar

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
  • The candidates should be flexible and adaptable

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be knowledgeable in the Microsoft Office suite, with a good working knowledge of Excel
  • The candidates should demonstrate good organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • The candidates should be able to work in collaboration with showroom staff to display product samples
  • The candidates should be able to carry out clerical functions as required to support various departments
  • The candidates should be able to act as a replacement and backup at the front desk reception
  • The candidates should be able to assist and support the team in any other tasks or projects
