Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors as part of their responsibilities and capable of working in confined spaces
- The candidates should be able to work in wet or damp conditions and comfortable working in noisy conditions
- The candidates should be able to work in environments with odors and in dusty environments
- The candidates should be able to work in hot conditions and in cold or refrigerated conditions
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure, meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should be adept at handling repetitive tasks efficiently and be physically fit for tasks that involve handling heavy loads and are physically demanding
- The candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should be comfortable with tasks that involve sitting for extended periods and be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, able to walk as part of their regular tasks, and able to perform bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, hoe crops, and plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens
- The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare it for the market
