Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

  • The candidates should possess Mutual Funds accreditation, such as Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course
  • The candidates should be adaptable individuals with a focus on advice-based solutions and client-centricity
  • The candidates should demonstrate expertise in client discovery, effective communication, curiosity, and data analysis
  • The candidates should have a high level of digital literacy

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to proactively engage with clients in all areas of the branch and in the community, uncovering banking needs, providing help and advice, as well as identifying sales and referral opportunities
  • The candidates should be able to focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience, drive sales, and retain business
  • The candidates should be able to respond to client-initiated contact, assisting them with a full range of financial transactions
  • The candidates should be able to actively listen and engage clients in conversation to further understand their individual needs
  • The candidates should be able to proactively take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems
  • The candidates should be able to cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to make the most of business opportunities and referrals
