Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

- The candidates should possess Mutual Funds accreditation, such as Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course

- The candidates should demonstrate expertise in client discovery, effective communication, curiosity, and data analysis
- The candidates should have a high level of digital literacy

- The candidates should be able to proactively engage with clients in all areas of the branch and in the community, uncovering banking needs, providing help and advice, as well as identifying sales and referral opportunities
- The candidates should be able to focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience, drive sales, and retain business
- The candidates should be able to respond to client-initiated contact, assisting them with a full range of financial transactions
