Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

- The candidates should possess digital literacy across a broad range of devices smartphones, tablets and laptops

Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have strong drive and self-motivation, alongside excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- The candidates should be bilingual in English and French, as they will regularly serve clients with both English and French-speaking
- The candidates should have a track record of building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial, service, or retail industry
- The candidates should have Mutual Funds accreditation or be willing to obtain it Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to proactively engage with clients in the branch and deliver an outstanding service experience by completing transactions and identifying sales and referral opportunities
- The candidates should be able to focus on education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience, drive solutions, and retain business
- The candidates should be able to contribute to team results by listening and spotting opportunities to offer additional advice, introduce clients to RBC partners, or personally fulfill client solutions
- The candidates should be able to proactively take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems
- The candidates should be able to cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team
- The candidates should be able to manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests while completing transactions
