Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

- The candidates should be able to focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to enhance the client experience
- The candidates should be able to respond to client-initiated contact and assist with a full range of financial transactions
- The candidates should be able to actively listen and engage clients in conversations to understand their individual
- The candidates should be able to take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems
- The candidates should be able to cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals
