Salary: $20.00 hourly for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Surrey, BC
Shifts: Early Morning
Work setting: Urban area and Lumber/forestry industry
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and able to work in noisy environments
- The candidates should be able to work in wet or damp conditions
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a large workload
- The candidates should be capable of handling repetitive tasks and have attention to detail
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks and able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should have manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel, and handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to wrap, pack, and unpack goods
- The candidates should be able to sort, crate, and stack goods efficiently
