Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Equipment and machinery experience: Deep fryer and grill
Credentials: Safe Food Handling certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should excel in a fast-paced work environment and be able to stand for extended periods
• The candidates should be capable of working effectively under pressure and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
• The candidates should be able to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs) efficiently

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues and demonstrate reliability in fulfilling their responsibilities

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
• The candidates should be able to sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, package take-out food, and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
• The candidates should be able to stock refrigerators and salad bars, clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
• The candidates should be able to remove kitchen garbage and trash, sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
