Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a High School diploma
Experience: Candidates should have previous experience in a police or court environment
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute (WPM) and basic-level skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have equivalency GED, combined with relevant experience in an office or customer service environment
- The candidates should be given preference if they have CPIC experience and successfully complete an enhanced security clearance
- The candidates should have knowledge and experience working with warrant tracking or the Justice On-Line Information Network (JOIN)
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, efficiency, thoroughness, a focus on results, relationship building, service orientation, stress tolerance, team building, and teamwork
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to process and accurately data-enter criminal and traffic warrants into the warrant tracking system
- The candidates should be able to process and input traffic warrants into the CPIC system and navigate multiple internal and external systems to verify data received from the courts
- The candidates should be able to provide general administrative support, including mail distribution and filing
