Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience: Conventional oven, deep fryer, electronic cash register, food dispensers, and grill
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be familiar with repetitive tasks and able to stand for extended periods while demonstrating attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should exhibit reliability and be team players
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to multitask
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas, set tables efficiently, and clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs promptly
- The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units effectively, operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware proficiently, and place dishes in the storage area appropriately
- The candidates should be able to replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas diligently, sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand as required, and package take-out food securely
- The candidates should be able to portion and wrap foods accurately, prepare, heat, and finish simple food items proficiently, serve customers at counters or buffet tables courteously, and take customers’ orders accurately
- The candidates should be able to use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs effectively, clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment thoroughly, and handle and store cleaning products safely
- The candidates should be able to receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas appropriately, remove kitchen garbage and trash promptly, sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors diligently, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit accurately
