Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, such as safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of the area, evacuations, down registers, and emergency codes
  • The candidates should be able to handle customer and Associate concerns and provide guidance as required
  • The candidates should be able to monitor all Front End associates ensuring proper coverage, coordinating breaks, as well as providing assistance to outlying registers
  • The candidates should be able to provide training to Associates on systems and Company procedures, such as scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs and initiatives, discounts, EAS system, and safety
  • The candidates should be able to oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions and assist with the correction of errors where required, providing approvals, and verifying processes to meet Company guidelines
  • The candidates should be able to ensure all EAS systems are functioning to standard, including Cashiers deactivating, Greeters handling issues appropriately, and completing “Failure to Deactivate” Logs
  • The candidates should be able to prepare registers for opening and closing daily and support cashiers by providing change as needed, while maintaining front end cash levels and supporting the process by completing audits on register accuracy
  • The candidates should be able to oversee and promote all company sponsor programs and initiatives, such as credit card service, Walmart protection plan, charity initiatives, and discount programs
