Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to service customers through answering e-mails, phone calls, and chats, exercise clear communication with various care center partners, leaders, and peers and also build and sustain relationships across the Care Center
- The candidate should be able to utilize selling skills to make effective recommendations
- The candidate should be able to assist clients with navigation of our website and selecting internet options and also navigate UPS tracking issues and editing order issues
