Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: The candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a certificate issued by a vocational training institution in collision repair is preferred
Experience: The candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in the collision repair industry

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates must be 18 years of age or older
  • The candidates must be comfortable working in a body shop

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record with at least 2 years of driving experience and be insurable
  • The candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to follow required instructions
  • The candidates should have the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with individuals encountered during work, including the public
  • The candidates should have experience with Microsoft Office, which is an asset
  • The candidates must be willing to train others
  • The candidates should have the ability to work independently in limited-supervision environments

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to manage work planning
  • The candidates should be able to act as a liaison between customer claims specialists and the body shop
  • The candidates should be able to prepare for the arrival of the vehicle
  • The candidates should be able to handle WARP and CCC administration processes
  • The candidates should be able to communicate with customers and understand their expectations
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate and arrange for rental vehicles
  • The candidates should be able to provide updates on the status of the vehicle to customers
  • The candidates should be able to replenish equipment and supplies as needed
  • The candidates should be able to review repairs and facilitate delivery
  • The candidates should be able to fulfill other assigned tasks
