Salary: $19.20 hourly for 32 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Shift, Morning
Work setting: Bus company and freight company
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Central reservation system (CRS), MS Excel
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have attention to detail and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle repetitive tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client satisfaction and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication abilities and demonstrate flexibility
- The candidates should be organized, reliable, and team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs, help customers plan travel times and routes, and make and confirm reservations
- The candidates should be able to cancel or change reservations, compute shipping costs, and issue tickets
- The candidates should be able to process credit cards, vouchers, and other payments, provide information on cancellation and late arrival policies, and quote fares and rates
- The candidates should be able to trace missing baggage and/or cargo shipments
