Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating attention to detail in their work
  • The candidates should handle repetitive tasks efficiently, demonstrating attention to detail in their work

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to operate a cash register and provide advice about merchandise
  • The candidates should be able to operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems, assist in the display of merchandise, and conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • The candidates should be able to estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates, greet customers, and discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease
  • The candidates should be able to maintain sales records for inventory control, prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts, and accept cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit payment
