• The candidates should be able to adhere to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates
• The candidates should be able to adhere to food safety and handling procedures and follow sanitation and cleaning procedures
• The candidates should be able to follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels
• The candidates should be able to maintain features
• The candidates should be able to keep the area neat, clean, and organized, and free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids
