Bouwman Holstein’s is a family owned and operated dairy farm in Ontario area. We have many years of experience in dairy farm industry and are well-known to the community. We run our farm with the help of our efficient employees and hiring continuously. We are known to provide satisfaction to our customers, that they don’t have to go to any one else after getting the best services from us. Salary: $16.58 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
Experience: The candidate should have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Responsibilities:

• The candidate should monitor animal health, co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers, develop work schedules and establish procedures, ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.
• The candidate should maintain quality control and production records, supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations, maintain work records and logs.
• The candidate should be able to hire and train staff, operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, perform general farm duties.
