Salary: $16.71 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Location: Guelph, ON
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boot
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to monitor animal health and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, oversee growing and other crop-related operations, and perform general farm duties
- The candidates should be able to develop work schedules, establish procedures, ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed, maintain quality control and production records, maintain work records and logs, and hire and train staff
