Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to apply fertilizers accurately and clean crops thoroughly
- The candidates should be able to clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas efficiently, as well as cut agricultural crops skillfully
- The candidates should be able to cut agricultural seed according to farm standards precisely and divide freshly harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots systematically
- The candidates should be able to dose water saturation, light, and temperature appropriately for crop growth and development, and grade vegetables and fruits into different grades accurately based on size, shape, color, and volume
- The candidates should be able to guide growing shoots into optimal development positions effectively and hand-harvest vegetables carefully
- The candidates should be able to monitor the calving process diligently and perform seed cutting accurately, as well as write daily basic progress reports clearly
- The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops safely and effectively, and examine products for quality and market readiness meticulously
