Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Statistics, Financial statements, Invoices, Charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams
Computer and technology knowledge: Spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Windows, MS Office 

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working effectively under pressure
  • The candidates should be prepared for repetitive tasks and have a keen attention to detail

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to receive and register documents for data entry and enter data according to specified format, transferring data between software as needed
  • The candidates should be able to verify accuracy and completeness of data, store, update, and maintain databases, and perform backup procedures
  • The candidates should be able to perform general office duties, classify, label, and store diskettes/disks and tapes of data, and create digital records using a scanner
  • The candidates should be able to transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
