Salary: $22.00 hourly for 37.5 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access, Internet, Word processing software, MS Office, Electronic mail
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure and be capable of meeting tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be adept at handling repetitive tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accurate in their work and have a strong client focus
  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and exhibit excellent oral and written communication
  • The candidates should be highly organized, effective team players, and demonstrate adaptability
  • The candidates should be quick learners

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to collect and document user’s requirements and operate database management systems to analyze data
  • The candidates should be able to research and document data requirements, data collection and administration policy, and data access rules
  • The candidates should be able to conduct research and provide advice to other information systems professionals regarding the collection, availability, and suitability of data, as well as research and retrieve archival materials
  • The candidates should be able to administer programs of membership organizations
