Location: 735 Dundas Street West Mississauga, ON L5C 3B6
Shifts: Day, Morning
Budgetary responsibility: $1,500,001 – $4,000,000
Supervision: 5-10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Operations management
Computer and technology knowledge: Database, inventory control software, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Security and safety: Confidential security clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and be accustomed to tight deadlines, demonstrating attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should exhibit excellent oral communication and demonstrate excellent written communication, displaying flexibility and being organized

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, establish financial and administrative controls, and formulate and approve promotional campaigns
  • The candidates should be able to approve overall human resources planning, establish objectives for the organization, and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • The candidates should be able to represent the organization or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or other official functions
