Salary: $16.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Location: Mont-Saint-Hilaire, QC
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, 14:00 to 20:00
Transportation information: Travel expenses paid by employer
Work setting: Employer’s home and optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically capable of handling heavy loads and prepared for physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be efficient in performing repetitive tasks and adept at working in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and demonstrate a strong attention to detail
- The candidates should be comfortable with sitting for extended periods and adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and flexible in tasks that involve bending, crouching, and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be proficient in efficient interpersonal skills, possess excellent oral communication abilities, and demonstrate excellent written communication skills
- The candidates should show initiative in their work approach and be organized in their tasks and responsibilities
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, performing light housekeeping, cleaning duties, and shopping for food and household supplies
- The candidates should be able to travel with the family on trips, assisting with child supervision, housekeeping duties, and organizing activities such as games and outings for children
- The candidates should be proficient in washing, ironing, and pressing clothing and household linens, bathing, dressing, feeding infants and children, and preparing and serving nutritious meals
- The candidates should be experienced in disciplining children according to the methods requested by the parents, providing instruction in personal hygiene and social development, and ensuring a safe and healthy environment in the home
- The candidates should be able to maintain records of daily activities and health information regarding children, prepare infants and children for rest periods, sterilize bottles, prepare formulas, change diapers for infants, and supervise and care for children, tending to their emotional well-being
