Salary: $27.10 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures effectively, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness, and delegate work to office support staff efficiently, ensuring tasks are allocated appropriately based on skill level and workload
  • The candidates should be able to establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed, overseeing operations to meet deadlines and organizational goals, and carry out administrative activities of the establishment, managing day-to-day operations smoothly
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services, ensuring a conducive work environment, and assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence accurately, providing necessary information for decision-making and communication
  • The candidates should be able to oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures efficiently, maintaining productivity and adherence to organizational standards
