Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in noisy environments and willing to work outdoors
- The candidates should be physically fit to handle a demanding workload, capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be able to stand for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should perform tasks with accuracy and have a strong focus on client satisfaction
- The candidates should be flexible in handling various job responsibilities and be collaborative team players
- The candidates should be dependable

- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials and direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade
- The candidates should be able to fill hollows, remove spots on freshly poured cement, and operate power vibrators to compact concrete
- The candidates should be able to instruct apprentices and install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures
- The candidates should be able to apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces, waterproof, damp-proof, and restore surfaces
- The candidates should be able to repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures, and read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
