Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the retail industry with a focus on driving sales

- The candidates should be comfortable with extended periods of driving within the district

- This is a field-based position requiring regular travel within your district and necessitates the successful candidate to have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to collaboratively develop and support the execution of customized business plans to achieve financial and operational goals for stores within their district
- The candidates should be able to identify and diagnose opportunities to increase performance in a store, leveraging available data to inform recommendations and develop action plans
- The candidates should be capable of providing coaching and individual support to Dealers on executing Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing initiatives with a focus on driving store performance
- The candidates should possess an understanding of key operational levers that drive store performance and be able to engage cross-functional support where required to action these opportunities
- The candidates should be able to establish themselves as the central point of contact to support driving in-store performance
- The candidates should be able to protect the Canadian Tire brand through monitoring store standards and customer experience measures
- The candidates should have the ability to build relationships across various stakeholder groups to move initiatives forward
- The candidates should excel in asking powerful questions and leveraging data to identify root causes and actionable insights
- The candidates should be prepared to take bold and strategic moves in this rapidly evolving retail environment
- The candidates should be skilled in analyzing and prioritizing to meet business objectives
