Creative Play Inc is a leading provider of innovative playground equipment and outdoor recreational solutions. Specializing in designing and installing playgrounds, fitness stations, and outdoor amenities, Creative Play Inc caters to schools, parks, municipalities, and community organizations. Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Credentials: Child development supervisor (ECE level 3), First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check, medical exam, immunization records, tuberculosis test, and vulnerable sector check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work effectively in both outdoor and noisy environments
  • The candidates should be physically capable of handling demanding tasks and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in their work
  • The candidates should be adaptable to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed

  • The candidates should demonstrate punctuality and dependability in their attendance and fulfilling responsibilities consistently
  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate interpersonal awareness for effective communication and interaction with others
  • The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to various situations and demonstrate reliability in meeting commitments
  • The candidates should be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with others, and uphold values, ethics, and honesty in their conduct
  • The candidates should showcase creativity in problem-solving and innovation, and have the ability to multitask efficiently to manage various responsibilities

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to assess children’s development and develop tailored learning plans to meet their individual needs, promoting holistic growth
  • The candidates should be able to assist in housekeeping and cooking duties alongside co-workers, ensuring a clean and organized environment conducive to childcare
  • The candidates should be able to provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, including bathing, diapering, and feeding, to support their well-being and development
  • The candidates should be able to develop and implement child-care programs that encompass physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development, fostering comprehensive growth
  • The candidates should be able to maintain daycare equipment, ensuring safety standards are met to provide a secure environment for children
  • The candidates should be able to engage children in storytelling activities, stimulating language development and nurturing imagination, while also assisting early childhood educators in implementing programs that support children’s development across various domains
  • The candidates should be able to lead enriching activities such as storytelling, singing, and crafts, enhancing children’s learning experiences and creativity, while also encouraging children to express themselves through art, play, music, and physical activities, fostering their creativity and self-expression
  • The candidates should be able to guide children in developing essential habits such as eating, dressing, and toileting, promoting independence and self-care skills, and should have knowledge of licensing regulations governing child-care facilities, ensuring compliance and maintaining standards
  • The candidates should be able to attend staff meetings to discuss children’s progress and challenges, contributing to collaborative efforts in enhancing childcare services, and should establish collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers to support children’s overall well-being and development, while planning and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children, prioritizing their health, security, and well-being in all aspects of care
