Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: The Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in organic farming.
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be organized, flexible, judgmental, and be able to work as a team player.
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to do budding trees, clipping, fruit trees training, harvesting seedlings, hoe crops, mixing fertilizer, seed cutting, vegetable culling, weaning, weeding, harvest crops,
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens.
- The candidates should be able to detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry, examine produce for quality and prepare for market.
- The candidates should be able to write daily basic progress reports.
- The candidates should be able to set and monitor water lines, air flow and temperature in barns, pens and chicken coops
