Salary: $19.00 hourly for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Full time, Permanent employment
Location: Surrey, BC
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Type of crops: Blueberries
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work under pressure, in fast-paced environment and pay attention to detail
- The candidate should be physically strong
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in an organized way and also a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers and also perform general farm duties
- The candidate should be able to develop work schedules and establish procedures, ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed and also supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
