Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Security and safety: Reference required
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should efficiently handle repetitive tasks, work effectively under pressure, and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
- The candidates should be capable of handling weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus, possess efficient interpersonal skills, demonstrate flexibility and initiative, maintain organization and reliability, and excel in time management
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, travel with the family on trips, and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
- They should also be capable of bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children, disciplining children according to the methods requested by the parents, and instructing children in personal hygiene and social development
- Additionally, maintaining a safe and healthy environment in the home, organizing activities such as games and outings for children, and preparing and serving nutritious meals are essential responsibilities
- The candidates should also be able to prepare infants and children for rest periods, supervise and care for children, tend to the emotional well-being of children, and help children with homework
