Salary: $13.75 to $14.00 per hour for 40 hours per week

Location: Waterborough, NB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Work Site Environment: Fruit and vegetable combination farming, Outdoors, Wet/damp, Dusty, Hot
Work Setting: Rural area
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset, training will be provided
Type of Crops: Bell peppers, Carrots, Cucumbers, Onions, Raspberries, Strawberries, Sweet corn, Tomatoes, Zucchinis
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
- The candidate should be able to work with hand-eye coordination
- The candidate should be physically demanding and a combination of standing for extended periods, bending, crouching and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
- The candidate should be able to perform tasks such as grading, hand harvesting vegetables, weeding and harvest crops
