Mandair Farms Ltd is a family-owned company/farm started by a couple, Surinder and Jasbir Mandair in the late 70s in the year 1981. The company has been working for generations, started in Punjab, India than in British Columbia and then shifted to Abbotsford, Canada. Today, Mandair Farms Ltd is handled by the children of Surinder and Jasbir, with their farming skills being given to the coming generation. As of now, Mandair Farms Ltd is inviting applications for the role of General Farm Worker from any of the eligible candidates who reside in Canada. The candidates who have or don’t have a valid work permit in Canada, but do stay in Canada should start applying for this LMIA approved job right away.

Requirements:
Languages: English
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma or equivalent experience is required.
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided.
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to perform repetitive tasks
- The candidate should be physically demanding
- The candidate should be a combination of bending, crouching and kneeling

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
- The candidate should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidate should be able to harvest crops
- The candidate should be able to examine products for quality and prepare for market
