Requirements

Language: English
Education: The candidate requires a Secondary (high school) graduation certificate or equivalent experience in the concerned field to apply for the job.
Experience: Around 1 year to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements: 

  • The candidate in this position will be required to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be required to supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • The candidate will be required to coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare and submit reports.
  • The candidate will be required to maintain records of stocks.
  • The candidate will be required to maintain records of sales.
  • The candidate will be required to maintain records of repairs.
  • The candidate will be required to maintain records of wastage.
  • The candidate will be required to establish work schedules.
  • The candidate will be required to estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
  • The candidate will be required to ensure food service.
  • The candidate will be required to ensure quality control.
  • The candidate will be required to address customers’ complaints.
  • The candidate will be required to address customers’ concerns.
  • The candidate will be required to train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • The candidate will be required to establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • The candidate will be required to supervise Food service counter attendants.
  • The candidate will be required to supervise food preparers.
