Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

- The candidates should be able to develop and deliver on business priorities and improve the client experience through execution of sales plans to acquire new clients and recommend appropriate treasury services to existing clients
- The candidates should be able to provide focused financial advice and solutions to meet the clients’ business and financial goals, while partnering with Commercial Financial Services (CFS) team and other colleagues across RBC Financial Group to drive client loyalty and build long-term profitable client relationships
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with their Client Relationship Team (CRT) to create exceptional client experiences by delivering value-added advice aligned with expertise and client needs, acting as the single point of contact throughout the cash management onboarding process for complex solutions
- The candidates should be able to lead with a growth mindset and change readiness to maximize client acquisition and growth, actively presenting new solutions such as Commercial virtual cards and PayEdge while demonstrating digital IQ to optimize business operations and support clients in their low-carbon transition
- The candidates should be able to be a Trusted Strategic Advisor focused on acquiring and growing business by being attentive to client needs, collaborating with One RBC partners, and delivering business results to grow market share and share of wallet
- The candidates should be able to be an active member of the CRT, supporting coordinated client contact strategies, advocating for inclusion, and maximizing pipeline management and contact effectiveness through practice management routines while ensuring compliance with procedures and client data privacy
