Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a post-secondary degree or certificate in Human Resources or a related field
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum three to five (3-5) years recruitment experience with a focus on high volume recruitment

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to evaluate recruitment needs and proactively implement recruitment strategies to address those gaps
- The candidates should be able to lead full-cycle recruitment for a specific portfolio from start to finish, encompassing frontline, management, and specialist positions throughout the province
- The candidates should be able to network with potential sources of candidates, advertise, screen, support the selection, and onboard high-caliber talent while facilitating their integration into the organization
- The candidates should be able to act as a brand ambassador for the organization to attract candidates
- The candidates should be able to build and maintain strong networks with internal and external stakeholders, including local and provincial colleges, universities, and professional associations
- The candidates should be able to participate in relevant job fairs, conferences, workshops, and learning opportunities
