Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Technical education at a university level (M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Physics) or similar and well proven outstanding leadership skills
Experience: Candidates should have experience in digital ASIC/FPGA technology and development process (minimum 2 years)

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have several years of experience within R&D organizations and/or Product Management
  • The candidates should be business and customer-focused with an emphasis on seeing the big picture and making decisions
  • The candidates should possess knowledge and experience of R&D processes, including lean & agile practices as well as waterfall principles, and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to ensure project success
  • The candidates should have outstanding presentation skills
  • The candidates should exhibit strong successful cross-team and cross-site experience
  • The candidates should showcase collaboration and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan and execute complete FPGA development projects, coordinating cross-site multi-functional teams, and ensuring the project’s successful completion to the satisfaction of all stakeholders, within the designated budget and timeline
  • The candidates should be able to identify the project’s goals, objectives, and scope, creating a comprehensive project plan that outlines tasks, timelines, and resources required
  • The candidates should be able to communicate effectively with the project team and stakeholders, handle risks and issues, and monitor progress to ensure the project stays on track
  • The candidates should be able to evaluate the project’s success, identifying areas for improvement in future projects based on lessons learned
  • The candidates should be able to build and lead a motivated project team, ensuring the delivery of project results while proactively removing impediments for team members
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with Ericsson internal staff in a multi-site and international setup, as well as external suppliers, to achieve project goals effectively
