Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be organized, exhibit reliability, and be a team player
• The candidates should be accurate in their work

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments and monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
• The candidates should be able to prepare and submit reports, ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• The candidates should be able to co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units, compile worksheets and specifications of orders, and consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner
• The candidates should be able to prepare and maintain progress and other reports, co-ordinate, assign, and review work, and communicate with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations
• The candidates should be able to dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations, and follow up on issues with work orders
• The candidates should be knowledgeable of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, respond to urgent calls from individuals who find themselves in life-threatening situations and who require assistance, and establish work schedules and procedures
• The candidates should be able to plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
