Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Post high school education
Experience: Candidates should have previous Front Desk experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs
- The candidates should be available to work evenings and weekends
- The candidates should be able to maintain a clean and healthy work environment and lobby area
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess experience with SMS Lodging systems
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to maintain composure when dealing with irate guests/employees
- The candidates should have knowledge of the resort, area and services
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to register guests, maintain accurate guest bills
- The candidates should be able to assist with guest questions and problems
- The candidates should be able to answer the hotel switchboard in a professional and friendly manner
- The candidates should be able to maintain key security and coordination of dispersed keys
- The candidates should be able to promote resort principles and guest service philosophies
- The candidates should be able to sell accommodations, services and resort amenities
- The candidates should be able to reconcile cash, receipts and a $500 float
- The candidates should be able to follow all emergency procedures
