Shifts: Day, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should exhibit adaptability
  • The candidates should maintain a positive attitude
  • The candidates should possess excellent oral communication skills

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • The candidates should be able to prepare invoices and bank deposits, order office supplies and maintain inventory, and conduct research
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service, file material in the storage area, label, file, and retrieve documents, and organize and schedule office work
