Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have 3 to 5 years’ of underground experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to operate heavy equipment in an underground (UG) context
- The candidates should be self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have accreditation in U/G common core modules and specialty modules
- The candidates should demonstrate a strong safety focus
- The candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to operate equipment such as a trans mixer and shotcrete sprayer
- The candidates should be able to assist in the installation, modification and repairs of underground infrastructures
- The candidates should be able to support construction crews
