  • The candidates should be able to maintain schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings and conferences for the Fulfillment Center Staff and able to own and manage conference room coordination and room calendar management
  • The candidates should be able to conduct clerical duties, including filing, full office management, responding to emails, and preparing documents and presentations using graphics, graphs, and internal information and platforms
  • The candidates should be able to type meeting notes, create conference agendas, and perform minor content curriculum creation and schedule cost-effective travel arrangements, including airfare, hotel, and ground transportation for the General Manager and Senior Leaders as needed
  • The candidates should be able to assist with internal communications for associates and leadership across multiple platforms, interfaces, programs, and work with outside vendors to coordinate upkeep and maintenance of the Fulfillment Center
  • The candidates should be able to think and plan ahead, delegate responsibilities appropriately, and manage time effectively also run work-related errands as needed
  • The candidates should be able to compile team goals, track and help drive completion of key deliverables, and follow up on outstanding items
  • The candidates should be able to manage complex calendars and scheduling with diplomacy and discretion
