Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have post-secondary and/or applicable work
Experience: Candidates should have 1 to 2 years experience in Insurance, preferably GSI or Group Insurance

  • The candidates should exhibit the ability to work under tight timelines
  • The candidates should be bilingual (French) as it is an asset
  • The candidates should have RBCI system knowledge (Ingenium, UnderwritingPro, CCT, BIC)
  • The candidates should have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • The candidates should be skilled in customer follow-ups within the insurance sector
  • The candidates should demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and multitasking
  • The candidates should excel in organizing and prioritization
  • The candidates should have experience in process training and possess strong written communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to serve as the key contact for Plan Administrators, Advisors, Sales Representatives, and internal partners as the GSI Online Specialist
  • The candidates should be able to provide superior implementation support and service during the submission process of new client business and the addition of a new product for existing clients
  • The candidates should be able to proactively gather all submission document information, ensuring all necessary clarification and approvals, and resolving any outstanding questions prior to the final submission
  • The candidates should be able to send the application link to new employees and complete follow-ups on all online new hires
  • The candidates should be able to investigate and respond to online error inquiries regarding employees who are unable to access the GSI Online Application Tool
  • The candidates should be able to review and investigate HR Validation Online Error reports to determine the cause of errors originating from the Group Portal
  • The candidates should be able to provide application process training for existing clients
  • The candidates should be able to manage the conversion of paper cases to the online process
  • The candidates should be able to facilitate Plan Administrator training on the conversion process for non-integrated groups
  • The candidates should be able to inform, encourage, and share best practices with all internal and external partners to assist in achieving a seamless online application process
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate engagement through participation in 1×1 coaching, team meetings, huddles, training, contribution to employee engagement survey action plans, and process improvement activities
