Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English to French Language
Education: Candidates should have a DEC
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should equivalent AEC in a field related to the function, knowledge of the Office suite and strong analytical skills
  • The candidates should be bilingual (English to French) and manage priorities as part of their daily life
  • The candidates should have knowledge of integrated management systems (ERP) is clearly
  • The candidates should possess planning and management skills as well as good organizational skills
  • The candidates should have good knowledge of the manufacturing process and logistics and communicate effectively

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to participate (in collaboration with quality) in setting up or improving our ingredient and packaging specifications with our suppliers and ensuring rigorous monitoring
  • The candidates should be able to process orders for assigned commodities and manage supply issues to meet a tight production schedule
  • The candidates should be able to support buyers in their negotiation and decision-making strategy
  • The candidates should be able to ensure the sharing of strategic information that affects the production plan
  • The candidates should be able to ensure compliance with supply in accordance with negotiated conditions and manage merchandise returns and associated credits
  • The candidates should be able to keep performance indicators up to date and update product and supplier information sheets
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate in the development of new sources of supply
  • The candidates should be able to work on improving processes based on a prioritization of potential impacts
  • The candidates should be able to support continuous improvement projects (packaging and ingredients)
