Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Credentials: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Reference required
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smoking, scent-free and prepared for repetitive tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong client focus, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and excel in both oral and written communication
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility, take initiative, demonstrate good judgment, and be organized
- The candidates should be reliable and be a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and travel with the family on trips to assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
- The candidates should be able to bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, and instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
- The candidates should be able to keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, and organize activities such as games and outings for children
- The candidates should be able to prepare and serve nutritious meals, supervise and care for children, take children to and from school and to appointments, and tend to the emotional well-being of children
