P & P Park Hotels Inc. hotel development and management company. We are known to deliver results for our owners by creating and building unique, independent lifestyle and full-service destinations for hotel, restaurant, and retail brand experiences. In all, we are known to execute complex projects from conception to completion, identifying and mitigating risks to create sustainable value for investors. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. The position of Hotel Assistant Manager is approved by LMIA.

Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Work Site Environment: Non-smoking
Work Setting: Urban area

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 7 months to 1 year
Budgetary Responsibility: $100,001 – $500,000
Supervision: 5-10 people
Security and Safety: Bondable

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
  • The candidate should be able to pay attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client and have an efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidate should be able to work in a flexible environment and be a team player

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations also recruit and hire staff
  • The candidate should be able to supervise staff also prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • The candidate should be able to prepare marketing plans also address customers’ complaints or concerns
  • The candidate should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs
