Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Human resources software, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Information technology, Electronic mail, Internet, Accounting software
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs effectively
- The candidates should be able to provide guidance to managers and employees regarding the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements
- The candidates should be able to research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales accurately
- The candidates should be able to coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs efficiently
- The candidates should be able to manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance
- The candidates should be able to research employee benefits and health and safety practices and make recommendations for improvements
- The candidates should be able to negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers in a fair and effective manner
- The candidates should be able to recruit and hire staff according to organizational needs and requirements
- The candidates should be able to evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury effectively
